Then its time to get the kids started! If time is a constraint you might like to consider setting the project as a homework activity.

COLLECTING Orders​

Sending In Your Artwork
Finally collect all artwork with orders, complete the school order form and place these in our courier sacks along with our payment, then contact us to arrange for our couriers to collect from your school.

FREE COURIER COLLECTION
Book a collection from our website or contact our office to book your courier collection. Make sure that your courier sacks are ready in the school office on the day that you have booked.
Products are returned 10 working days from the receipt to your artwork - please make a note on the top of your order form any special dates you need the products by.

Split Families
Photocopy the artwork and stick this to a separate order form to give out to both parents.
Our Online Shop makes it easy to reorder, all you need is the code on the back of the card and you can reorder items directly.
ReorderS
If you would like to send in an individual piece of work this is dealt with as an individual card. Please read our section on this site for Individual Cards and use the form provided for Individual Cards.
Late Artwork

When the A4 artwork has been completed it must be attached to the order form provided and sent home to parents. Alternatively you could invite the parents in to view the designs.

On our Resources page we provide a suggested letter to parents to accompany artwork. There is also a PTA letter suitable for PTAs running the project as a homework activity.
