Look in the Project Pack

In your pack you will find all the materials you need to run your project.

  • Class envelopes containing order forms for each pupil

  • Courier bags

  • Posters

  • Admin Guides and forms

Before you start, read through the Admin Guide, then ensure your details are correct on your portal and that you have added your class information.

A copy of this is also available in the resources provided in your Organisers Portal.

TIMETABLE

Decide as a staff team a comfortable timetable that would suit you when working with your return deadline.

STEP 1

STEP 2

READ THE ARTWORK Guidelines

These are located here and in the Teachers Guide, Admin Guide and on the Pupil Order Form.

Organisers Portal

FINDING INSPIRATION FOR ART IDEAS

For inspiration browse through our Online Gallery or download from the Organisers Portal our Arts Ideas Book which is packed full of Christmas Art Lesson ideas.

DOING THE ARTWORK

Then its time to get the kids started! If time is a constraint you might like to consider setting the project as a homework activity.

STEP 3

 Ordering

  • When the A4 artwork has been completed it must be attached to the order form provided and sent home to parents.

  • Do Not Photocopy Order Forms - they have a unique code to match the artwork with the online order. Log into your Portal or phone to order additional forms if required.

  • Parents will place their orders and make payment online. We provide a suggested letter to parents to accompany artwork. There is also a PTA letter suitable for PTAs running the project as a homework activity. Parents return forms with artwork attached by a specified date.

  • School Logo If you require a logo on the back of your cards this must be uploaded to your Organisers Portal before your artwork is collected.

IMPORTANT

You must return to us the artwork attached to the same order form with the actual code used by the parents for ordering - or we cannot match the order with the artwork.

STEP 4

Sending In Your Artwork

Finally collect all artwork forms where orders have been placed online. Place all of these in the courier sacks provided.

SCHOOLS: FREE RETURN

Confirm your collection in your Organisers Portal or call and we can do this over the phone. Make sure your courier sacks are ready in the school office on the day that you have booked a collection.
If you are a PTA organising a project you can use our Free post label to drop your courier sacks off at a Post Office - please see our PTA Organisation page.

If you know your school historically has problems with Parcel Force collection i.e. you are in a remote area then phone the office if you would prefer to organise to drop off your courier sacks.

NURSERIES & SMALL GROUPS: FREE POST BAG

Use the free post bag provided - this is a Royal Mail service and can be dropped off at the Post Office or posted at larger Post Boxes.

*We only provide one free collection per educational setting.

STEP 5

 Delivery of Orders

  • We start dispatching orders from the middle of October.

  • When you receive your orders back will depend on when you send your orders in to us.

  • Check your order before distributing to classes.

  • School Orders are delivered by the end of the first week in December.

  • Your school order will come in two parts as our mugs are printed at our warehouse in Bordon.

  • Delays to your collection may result in your school being delivered after the first week of Dec.

Reorders

Parents who wish to reorder products can do so via our online shop – this can be accessed via our Parent Shop button located at the top of our website. They will need their pupil code which is located on the back of cards or on the mug boxes.

When parents make reorders, they will have access to the additional online range of choices.

 Split Families

Split parents must use the same artwork code to place their individual orders. You could photocopy the whole form for easy distribution but just send in the form with the original order in to us when your artwork is collected.
